The Center for Inner Healing is a ministry that comes alongside others seeking healing of their hearts, minds, souls, and body through the power of prayer by the revelation of the Holy Spirit.

We help/teach/mentor those who seek to come out of hurt, oppression, and destructive patterns of addiction and dysfunction. We offer prayer and prayer ministry for healing every aspect of mind, body, soul, and spirit, individually, and corporately.

Our heart is to help/train/mentor individuals, churches and communities in the building of their own healing centers. We also offer Healing Rooms for prayer regarding sickness and oppression.

Inner Healing Retreats

Our Spring Healing Retreat was amazing. We are already praying about our next retreat. To stay informed, please sign up for our e-newsletter. You will be the first to hear the announcement of our next healing retreat!

We hope you will join us for our next Inner Healing Retreat. Date and location to be announced.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?! Are you tired of life and wondering if this is “All there is?”

Are you re-playing the same old tapes in your mind over and over of why things (life, job, relationships, etc.) didn’t go differently? Are you depressed, sick in your body, and overwhelmed?

Is your marriage stuck? Do you find your arguments are about the same old thing over and over? Do you have issues that continue to haunt your marriage?

Do you find yourself wondering who you are and why you were created? Have you been crying out to God to help you? IF so, here is your answer!!!

It is time to drop all of that old baggage and uncover your very best self!

Sometimes we just need to get away in a beautiful, quiet, serene environment to “reset” our heart and mind. But often, that’s not possible. There are always people around and the world is loud, and busy! And if we do get away, we often don’t know how to “reset.” So, we come back home and the same old thoughts, pains, and heartache come crushing back in again.

We understand! And we can help! We will provide the tools to help you walk away from hurt once and for all in a beautiful, serene environment.

We are preparing a week-long retreat opportunity just for you to work through issues of your heart that have you stuck, abused, misunderstood, lonely, and alone. (Just to name a few!)

It is time to trade your baggage for luggage so you can move into who God created you to be! No more broken-heartedness, no more despair, no more sickness, no more shame, no more being stuck! It’s time to shed all of that and learn a new way of living your best life! If you’re not living in joy and peace and in the rest of the Holy Spirit then you’re not living your best self!

Our week-long retreats are created especially for individuals and/or couples and church groups to help you break out of your “old” self and burst into the fullness of the identity that God created for you! Don’t miss it!

We offer healing retreat opportunities for you to sequester yourself away in a beautiful, serene environment with others much like yourself for the sake of healing your heart! We have a fully trained team to offer insight, testimonies, prayer ministry, tips and training and amazing worship to help move you from lies into the truth of the plan God has for you! We will help you work through the issues of your heart that have you stuck and have a great time doing so.

On every retreat, we offer Group Rates (5 or more) for Pastors and churches and we will commit to ongoing training for your group after the event is over so you can build healing centers in your churches and communities.

To stay informed about our next retreat dates and location, please sign up for our e-newsletter or contact us directly.

Welcome!

I’m Kerri Johnson. I founded The Center for Inner Healing (CIH) in 2015, after having resigned from a full-time pastoral position. But for the most part, I have been in the Inner Healing ministry for over 20 years.

In 2016, the Lord began to bring a team together with different gifts/talents who all had a passion for healing. Since then, I have set my heart to full-time training and healing ministry. The ministry has grown strong and deep in the past few years.

If this is your passion, we have several different venues that may be of interest to you:

* Quarterly healing retreats (next one is scheduled for March at The Ark). We would love to have you join us for that.

*Inner healing ministry sessions and intensives for individuals and families. Available locally and by Skype.

* A month-to-month internship of training called “The Journey” with all generations of folks from all over the USA who have a heart for healing. We meet together monthly for training live – in person for locals and via Zoom for “afars” with podcast playback depending on time zone.

* Individual prayer ministry sessions with differing team members (based on experience – some folks have been on the team for years and lots of newbies who are just getting started) to work on inner healing, deliverance, and all aspects of prayer ministry. It’s a great time for the “Oldies” to train the “Newbies” and the newbies to stir the old ones into more healing. This team (and others from inner healing circles all over the USA) are the ones who will be ministering during the retreat in March.

* Once a month “activation” field trip where we go out and practice what we have learned or study other interesting aspects of healing: monastery for a silent retreat, conferences, prophetic ministry, dream interpretations, prophetic art and creativity, land consecration, etc.

* Writer/Publisher/Editor on our staff who (having ghostwritten, worked with, or written over 20 books herself) prompts/teaches us to write testimonies, blogs, etc. on topics such as prophetic art, dream interpretation, healing relationships to authority, grief, freedom from homosexuality, trauma healing, moving prophetically in art and photography, moving from left brain to right brain, prenatal healing, deliverance, release from captivity, etc. She, alongside with several others of us have several books in the editing process right now. We also write our own material for our retreats and seminars. It’s pretty amazing to see your testimony in print and available for others to hold onto for healing and a privilege for us to scribe what God has done and is doing.

* Ongoing training/certification for Healing Rooms.

* Ongoing language classes (Hebrew, Greek), grief support classes, finance classes, Bible classes, as well as other seminars, classes, and training available through CIH.

* Weekly jail ministry opportunities and Starbucks prayer gatherings.

These are just a few of the things we have going and growing but always open to more as the Lord leads. More than anything else, it’s a great tribe with a strong foundation in healing and the Word seeking to live a contemplative lifestyle in Peace while discovering the fullness of our Identity in Christ.

Anywhoooo… that’s who we are and a little bit about what we do and are doing.

If any of this sounds appealing just let me know and we can connect!

God bless you and your journey!

Kerri

About

In the 90s, as an addict and pursuer of all things worldly, Kerri had an encounter with the God she had read and heard about, but couldn’t previously seem to interact with.

After experiencing the power of God through inner healing, she began to realize and study the effects prayer ministry has regarding sickness, disease, and dysfunction. She began to see and experience the power of healing over the mind, body, and soul through the power of repentance and restoration.

For over 20 years now, she has lived, studied, and trained others locally, nationally, and internationally in the healing process. She has a vision to see people led out of sickness, disease, sin, and bondage through the power of the cross and blood of Jesus Christ.

After having pastored for 12 years, Kerri felt led to leave her comfortable job to pursue a vision of helping others who have a passion for healing. Her desire is to see restoration and redemption of individuals and their families, as well as healing in their land, in churches, and in communities.

With the ultimate goal of facilitating healing, she is leading and training others into discovering their calling and identity through preaching, teaching, seminars, retreats, and live schools.

She believes we all have a part in the reconciliation process. Her desire is to help individuals, churches, and communities network together, to see our nation healed and restored to the original intent of God in Christ Jesus.

In 2015, Kerri founded The Center for Inner Healing and began building a training center that houses healing rooms, inner healing seminars for grownups and churches, boot camps for kids, retreats, trainings, live schools, and in-house prayer/intercession trainings as well.

The Center also offers prayer ministry for kids, adults, marriages, and families, as well as internships for those who want to develop their gifting and pursue a calling of inner healing in their own churches and communities.

Kerri lives in a beautiful farm environment with her husband of 22 years and their 18-year-old son. They also have two adult children and one amazing six-year-old Grand. Their home is full of life with a spunky little Yorkie, a mature Labrador Retriever, and a grumpy old cat.

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. – 2 Corinthians 3:18

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.” – Isaiah 61:1

Wearing a Matter

As many of you may (or may not) know, my son just picked a university!!!  Not without many visits, many explorations, etc. that go along with such an important decision. Finally, we had it narrowed down to two schools.  One has an incredible sports program, is more than 36 “driving” hours away from our house, …
