Breathwork practices can relax the mind and help you become more present. Certain types of breathing can also help you get in touch with some deep-rooted emotions and feelings.

During the preparation process, your therapist will collaboratively design a breathwork program that best matches your goals, needs and preferences.


  • We require at least one preparation session prior to starting breathwork, as well as a physical exam in the past year.

  • During a breathwork session, clients lie down with eye shades and music and are instructed to breathe using particular methods, depending on the desired goal. Your therapist will provide you with emotional or physical support as needed, as well as integration following your experience.
