with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP)
You are invited to a 3-night therapeutic retreat, to be held on Ox Creek in Weaverville, NC from 10/18-10/21. We will offer 3 KAP ceremonies during the course of the retreat, which will be limited to a maximum of 6-8 women. In addition to guided therapeutic ketamine journeys, activities will include mindful movement practices, guided meditations, sound healing and energy work, fire circles, art and free time to enjoy the amenities. We will also hold integration sessions each day. Additionally, we can arrange for one-on-one massage and energy healing in advance (an additional fee).

OUR CENTER:
All meals are included and accommodations are either camping (bring your own gear if possible; we have some tents and sleeping bags/pads available upon request) or communal sleeping in the ceremony space. Soft, thick, twin-sized mats are provided for sleeping and ceremony. Center amenities include saltwater pool, two saunas, hiking trails, stream, two ponds and breathtaking views all around our 24-acre property.
COST:
The cost for the medical evaluation is $450 ($499 for residents outside of NC, TN, VA or VT) and the retreat cost is an additional $1,200, paid in two installments of $600 each. *If you have already been prescribed the medication you may not have to undergo the additional evaluation. Let us know during your consultation if applicable.
FACILITATORS:
Aimée Mercier, LCSW, MA, KAP-C, RYT
Aimée is a licensed social worker in Georgia and North Carolina. Her certifications include: certified ketamine therapist, certified clinical trauma provider, certified clinical hypnotherapist, EMDR-certified therapist, and registered yoga teacher. She is also trained as a psychedelic therapist through the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies. Aimée has a decade of experience drawing on Eastern wisdom and evidence-based therapies to awaken the inner healing intelligence.
Ash Ledford
Ash is a certified yoga instructor, certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, and master Reiki practitioner. She practices Usui Reiki, Quantum Touch, chakra balancing, and intuitive energy healing techniques to move, transmute, and clear stuck stress. Ash has studied energy healing and meditation with a variety of mentors and spiritual teachers for over fifteen years.
Ash and Aimée have been working together since 2020 to build the synergy of group space holding and facilitation.
PROCESS:
If you would like to move forward, you’ll be required to complete a free phone consultation with Aimée prior to registering to ensure the retreat is a good fit for you.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Email aimee@innerhealingavl.com as soon as possible to set up your free phone consultation. Space is extremely limited and your space is not reserved until you receive medical clearance.
Complete all paperwork prior to your medical evaluation. Your card on file will be charged for 50% the retreat fee when we receive your paperwork (nonrefundable deposit of $600). This deposit is only refundable if the doctor is unable to prescribe to you for medical reasons.
Instructions will be provided to schedule your medical screening. Please book the first available appointment that works with your schedule. $450 will be paid directly to the doctor at the time of your evaluation ($499 for residents outside of NC, TN, VA or VT).
You will receive your medication by mail or pick up from your local compounding pharmacy (if available). Medical evaluations need to be completed by/around September 18 to ensure your medication arrives on time.
A group preparation zoom call will be scheduled in advance of the retreat.
Your card on file will be charged for the remainder ($600) three days prior to the retreat.
